When accessing experiences powered by PANDA, PANDA grants to Users and Clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to those inventions covered in PANDA Patents that specifically relate to the features and functionality of the Platform. The “PANDA Patents” mean U.S. Patent No. 10,425,697 issued on September 24, 2019; U.S. Patent No. 10,805,687 issued on October 13, 2020 and U.S. Patent No. 11,039,218 issued on June 15, 2021.
Companies (“Clients”) that sign up to use PANDA grants us a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use, reproduce and publicly display the audiovisual, data and other content made available by Client solely in connection with the Platform and its performance of the Service.
Other than the licenses granted above: (a) PANDA retains and reserves all right, title and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in the Platform and PANDA Patents and (b) Clients retains and reserves all right, title and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in their content.
We do not intentionally gather Personal Information from visitors who are under the age of 13.
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. “Personal Information” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data.
